    Am not receiving login box to enter username/password


    • Most likely cause for this error is your browser's or firewall's security setting is set too high. Lower the security setting to "medium" and all should work for you.
    • Another probable cause is if you entered your login numerous times with failure. If your login fails after a few times, the system will treat you as a hacker and block all attempts for a few hours.
    • IF you happened to enter in an incorrect login numerous times and now are not receiving the login box, first verify your proper login and then wait 3-6 hours for the system to un-block you.
    • IF you made the error of entering in your login too many times AND have been blocked, you may send an email to mrdouble@mrdouble.com requesting that your login be "unlocked". Explain in the email what happened.
